How the Whatsapp Connector works
This powerful tool is based on the WhatsApp Connector Channel of XCALLY Motion V3, which allows agents to manage WhatsApp conversations directly from the XCALLY Motion Omni Desktop interface. With WhatsApp, companies can leverage one of the most popular messaging systems to offer a high-quality service and improve the overall customer experience.
Main features
Integration into the XCALLY environment
Interactions on WhatsApp take place within the XCALLY Motion Omni Desktop interface, allowing agents to manage conversations in a familiar, centralised environment.
Content Sharing and Management
All content exchanged during interactions on WhatsApp is easily accessible and manageable within XCALLY. Agents can easily retrieve previous information, enabling consistent and personalised communication.
Storage of customer information
All customer information, including details of interactions on WhatsApp, is stored in the XCALLY Contact Manager. This allows a complete record of conversations to be maintained.
Conversation sessions
Conversation sessions on WhatsApp have a time window of 24h. During this period, agents can maintain a conversation with the customer.
Messaging commands for agents
Agents can use specific messaging commands, such as emoticons, predefined replies and file attachments, to improve the effectiveness of interactions on WhatsApp.
Interaction management and session closure
Agents can view and manage all interactions on WhatsApp through the XCALLY interface. They can also close conversation sessions in a clear and organised manner.
The new Outbound function
Thanks to the new Whatsapp Connector feature, it is now possible to send outbound campaigns from XCALLY using predefined templates from META. (TBD following final release).
