The Dialer can be used for different types of applications, such as callback applications, booking reminders, automatic polling, telemarketing and more.
There are different approaches to output composition, let's see them:
Predictive
The number of calls generated is based on the prediction of how many agents will be available when calls go through the dialer and the estimated success rate for reaching the called party.
Progressive
The dialer will generate a call as soon as there is an agent available in the queue. This method avoids the risk of abandoned calls.
Power
Calls are generated according to the call-agent ratio which can be set manually.
Preview
The dialer selects a customer record from a call list and proposes this call to an agent, who can accept it and initiate the call or reject it.
Set up your campaigns as needed
The dialer generates calls from lists imported into Motion. You can set up a queue campaign if you wish to connect your customers with an operator, or an IVR campaign if you wish to poll or simply play a message.
